4. Submission of applications and fees

1. An application shall be submitted:

Documents must be signed in an e-service or added with an e-signature on a smart card (eID or eSignatures card) or with an eSignatures on Mobile portal www.eparaksts.lv Notarial certification of signatures is not required when submitting documents signed with a secure e-signature accompanied by a secure time stamp Receives a reply in an e-service or e-address	Payment of the State fee shall be performed by the registrs.ur.gov.lv of e-services after preparation of the application in accordance with the calculated fee of the Service

Signed documents can be sent to the Enterprise Register The consignment must be accompanied by information on the payment of the State fee (receipt or a copy thereof, or printout of an Internet bank payment or free text information)	In cases where no e-service has been created for the application in the Service Portal, the State fee shall be paid prior to the submission of the application for registration Registration is made only after the Enterprise Register can verify that the State fee has been credited to the Treasury account The State fee may be performed by transfer to any bank 2 days before submission of documents by post
