Each company involved in the reorganisation process shall append a notification to the creditors in which they are invited to submit their claims to the commercial Register for the making of an entry regarding reorganisation.

The notification shall state:

• the firm names and registration numbers of the companies involved in the reorganisation;
• the type of reorganisation;
• the time period for the submission of creditors' claims, which may not be less than one month from the day of publication of the notice.

After an entry regarding reorganisation has been made in the commercial Register, the commercial Register institution shall publish a notification to creditors on its website (by 30 June 2023, the commercial Register Office shall submit notices for publication to the Official Gazette of Latvia within three working days).
