A copy of application form KR10 of each company to be added shall be signed by the board of directors or the Member entitled to represent. The application form KR4 of the acquiring company, if a capital company has been established, or the form KR3, if a partnership has been formed, shall be signed by all founders or any other person to whom founders have entrusted to do so (a notarially certified authorisation shall be submitted).
