A copy of the application form KR9 of the acquiring company shall be signed by the Management Board. The application form KR4 of the acquiring company, if a capital company has been established, or the form KR3, if a partnership has been formed, shall be signed by the founders or any other person to whom the founders have entrusted to do so (a notarially certified authorisation shall be submitted).
