The commercial pledge amendment registration - an application and the documents to be attached - may be submitted by the commercial warlord, commercial pledge taker or authorised person (an authorisation shall be certified notarially or a power attached to the application with the secure electronic signature of the employer).

The application shall be signed by the commercial warlord and commercial warlord on the https://komerckila.ur.gov.lv website (the exceptions are specified in Section 20 and read in Step 2 Preparation documents) or by the duly authorised person (an authorisation or authorisation signed with the secure e-signature of his or her employer must be attached).

N.B.: If the applicant is a person who is not a signatory, the person shall make a new application on the e-service site, fill in the boxes, attach the signed documents, save everything, then press the 'generate the application' button, resulting in obtaining a completed application form that can be downloaded on his or her computer, sending by e-mail to the signer on the signature, and then updating it accordingly to: the signed application and the accompanying documents would be submitted.

Other information:

• At the same time as the application for registration of changes is submitted, the applicant must inform the other party of the changes concerned.
