Registration of a commercial pledge with the Enterprise Register
4. Submitting the documents
The application and the documents to be attached thereto shall be submitted by the commercial warlord, commercial warlord or authorised person of the commercial warlord.
An application may be signed by an employer of a commercial pledge or by a person authorised by the commercial pledge provider (if the application is signed by an authorised person, the authorisation shall be certified notarially or an authorisation attached to the application with the secure electronic signature of the employer).
NB! If the applicant is a person who is not a signatory, the person shall make a new application on the e-service site, fill in the boxes, attach the signed documents, save everything, then press the 'generate the application' button, resulting in obtaining a completed application form that can be downloaded on his or her computer, sending by e-mail to the signer on the signature, and then updating it accordingly to: the signed application and the accompanying documents would be submitted.
Commercial pledges in e-service
- It is possible to submit a commercial pledge application to the Enterprise Register, as well as to receive an online response document using the Commercial Pledge e-service.
- The e-service must be authenticated, filled in a specially designed form - the application, including the documents to be attached to the application.
- The application and the documents to be attached to the application must be signed with an e-signature.
- No need to certify additional signatures
