The application shall be signed on the e-service site of https://komerckila.ur.gov.lv by a commercial lien holder or an authorised person (if the application is signed by an authorised person, the authorisation shall be certified notarially or the authorisation to be attached to the application shall be accompanied by a secure electronic signature of his or her employer).

Other information:

• The commercial warlord shall inform the commercial warlord of the appointment of the manager and the submission of an application for registration thereof.
• Prior to the expiry of the term of office of the commercial pledge manager, the commercial warlord shall inform the commercial warlord thereof in writing.
