The marriage contract governs and arranges matrimonial property relations.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form L-1;
• marriage contract (in 3 copies);
• a copy of the marriage certificate issued, translated and notarised abroad;
• notarial authority (if the application is signed by another person);
• if it is not possible to submit to the service portal, a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information on the payment of the State fee, must be attached.
