Spouses shall notify the Enterprise Register regarding termination of the matrimonial property regimes. In such case an application shall be completed in which the grounds for termination of the matrimonial property regime shall be indicated. The referred to information shall be provided within 14 days after the coming into force of the document on the basis of which the matrimonial property regime has been terminated.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form L-3;
• a marriage contract or a certified copy thereof in accordance with notarial procedures (optional);
• a court adjudication or a certified copy thereof in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law (optional);
• notarial authorisation (if the application is signed by another person).
