The application form for registration of changes to B3 shall be signed by the members of the Management Board of the Society, taking into account the type of rights of representation of the members of the Management Board

• The application form B3 shall contain details of the nature of the changes and the new information which the association is requested to record in the register

If necessary, the boxes of the form may be copied.
