The name of the association is laid down in the articles of association of the association, with the result that the relevant section of the articles of association should be amended when the name is changed.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form B3;
• new statutes;
• minutes of the meeting of members or an extract thereof;
• if the application is submitted via postal services, information regarding payment of the State fee shall be appended (receipt or a copy thereof, or printout of an Internet bank payment or free text information).
