Change of the purpose of an association
1. Summary
The purpose of the association's activities is set out in the association's statutes, so that the relevant section of the statutes should be amended when the purpose is changed. Only a meeting of members shall have the right to amend the articles of association of the association. The meeting of members shall be convened by the board of directors of the association. Amendments to the Statutes shall come into force from the moment of their adoption, but in relation to third parties – only after registration of the amendments to the Statutes in the Register of associations and foundations.

* The statutory time limit for examining documents may be extended on the basis of Section 64, Paragraph two of the Administrative Procedure Law.
Documents to be submitted:
- application form B3;
- new statutes;
- minutes of the meeting of members or an extract thereof;
- if the application is submitted via postal services, information regarding payment of the State fee shall be appended (receipt or a copy thereof, or printout of an Internet bank payment or free text information).
