5. Submission of applications and fees

The application and the documents accompanying it may be submitted by the members of the Management Board or by any other person entrusted by the members of the Management Board with doing so.

Associations which bring together disabled persons, orphans or multi-child families are exempt from the State fee; associations the purpose of which (or one of the objectives) is the organisation of sports events for children and pupils.

A 10% reduction shall be applied to the State fee if the application for registration is submitted using the registrs.ur.gov.lv in the service portal and the reply documents are chosen to be received electronically.

In order to recover the wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid amount for the registration or fee service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.
