4. Articles of Association
The articles of association shall lay down the most important principles for the activities of the association The statutes shall be signed by all the founders or at least two founding members empowered to sign the statutes in the founding decision.
The document must contain:
- the name of the association;
- the objectives of the association;
- the duration of the activities of the association, if established and for a specified period;
- preconditions for membership and withdrawal;
- rights and obligations of members;
- procedures by which the rights and duties of the territorial and other departments of the association may be determined (if such are established);
- procedures for convening a meeting of members and taking decisions
- the name, numerical composition of the executive body, specifying the right of the members of the executive body to represent the association together or separately;
- the structure, procedures for election, competence, procedures for taking decisions and the term of office or the procedures for appointing a sworn auditor and the term of office;
- if it is intended to form other administrative bodies without a meeting of members and an executive body, the articles of association shall specify the procedures and competence for establishing them;
- rights and duties of persons with special status (candidates for membership, honorary members, associate members, grandfathers, etc.), if any the articles of association of the
- may lay down other provisions which do not conflict with the law, such as:
- the procedures by which a person may appeal a decision regarding a refusal to accept it as a member of the association;
- the arrangements for determining the obligations of members;
- cases where a member is excluded from the association;
- the procedures by which a member is excluded from the association;
- members' money;
- C. rules;
- the articles of association shall specify the place and date of their approval.
