6. Checking the address
The registered office of the association shall be the address entered in the register of associations and foundations. If information, documents or other correspondence are sent to the association to the registered office of associations and foundations, the association shall be deemed to have received these documents, particulars or other correspondence on the seventh day. This means that the association must be able to reach its registered office.
Conditions for registering a registered office:
- the registered office must comply with the information of the State Address Register. Checking the free address in the national address register information system www.kadastrs.lv;
- if the immovable property consists of several groups of premises, it is necessary to indicate the exact number of the group of rooms in which the registered office is registered.
