Registration of an association
7. Completing the registration form
The application shall be signed by all the founders or at least two founding members empowered to sign the application in the founding decision.
The application shall contain:
- Name
- Registered office
- Objectives
- The scope of activity according to the classification specified by the Cabinet shall be mandatory for entering the scope of the association in the register to be applied for by employers' organisations, associations of employers' organisations and trade unions
- Date of adoption of the decision on establishment
- The given name, surname, personal identity number of the members of the Management Board (if any, the date of birth, the number of the identity document and the date of issue, the State and institution which issued the document), indicating whether they have the right to represent the association or foundation separately or jointly
- The term of validity of the association, if the association has been established for a period of time
- Date
