3. Paying the fees

Payment of the national fee shall be made on the service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv following the preparation of the application in accordance with the calculated service fee! * Except where the portal cannot be submitted.

* in cases there is no e-service created for the application in the Service Portal, the State fee must be paid prior to the submission of an application for registration. Registration shall be made only after the Enterprise Register can make sure that the State fee is credited to the Treasury account.

The State fee may be effected by means of a transfer to any bank 2 days prior to the submission of documents electronically or by post.

In order to recover the amount wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid for the registration or charge service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.

Associations exempted from the State fee which combine disabled persons, orphans or multi-child families; associations whose object (or one of the objectives) is the organisation of sporting events for children and pupils.

The State fee is subject to a reduction of 10% if the application for registration is submitted via the service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv and the reply documents are chosen to be received electronically.
