3. Submission of applications and fees
The application and the documents appended thereto shall be submitted by the person who carries out the liquidation.

State fee for registration
EUR 5,96
Associations which bring together disabled persons, orphans or multi-child families are exempt from the State fee; associations the purpose of which (or one of the objectives) is the organisation of sports events for children and pupils.
A 10% reduction shall be applied to the State fee if the application for registration is submitted using the registrs.ur.gov.lv in the service portal and the reply documents are chosen to be received electronically.
In order to recover the wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid amount for the registration or fee service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.

On E-Service
- Documents must be submitted to service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv
- Documents must be signed with an e-signature on a smart card (eID or eSignatures card) or with an eSignatures on Mobile portal www.eparaksts.lv
- Payment shall be made in the service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv after the application has been made in accordance with the service calculated fee.
- Receives a reply in an e-service or e-address
- Detailed list of e-service applications and exceptions
- 10% discount on state tax

By post
- Signed documents can be sent to the Enterprise Register
- The consignment must be accompanied by a payment order for payment of the State fee
