The application and the documents to be attached thereto may be submitted by the members of the Management Board or by any other person entrusted by the members of the Management Board.

Electronically signed e-mail

• Documents must be signed with an e-signature on a smart card (eID or eParaksta card) or with eParaksts mobile on the www.eparaksts.lv portal
• Documents signed electronically by another country shall be accepted

• The consignment must be accompanied by a payment order for payment of the national fee
