The foreign agency shall, without delay, but not later than within 14 days from the date of the disclosure of the information regarding the Beneficial owner (Patiesais labuma guvējs or PLG) or the change in the relevant information, submit an application to the Enterprise Register for registration of the information regarding the Beneficial owner or for registration of the changes made to that information. If the foreign agency has not submitted information on the Beneficial owner by 1 January 2021, it will be excluded from the register!

Documents to be submitted:

• Separate application form for notification of the true beneficiary of a foreign mission (PLG)
• A receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information on the payment of the State fee
