In case of any changes in the composition of representatives of the foreign company or the organisation, the representative submits an application to the Enterprise Register for the registration of changes within one month following such changes.

Documents for submission:

• Application form PR-2
• Decision of the foreign company or the organisation regarding the changes in the composition of representative (appointment or dismissal of representatives)
• A receipt or its copy, or a printout of the payment order from online bank or the information on the payment of the state fee
