If changes have occurred in the name, legal address, registration number, basic directions of activities of a foreign merchant or organisation, the representative shall submit an application for registration of changes to the Enterprise Register within one month after the changes have occurred.

Documents to be submitted:

• application form PR-2;
• a document certifying changes in the information regarding the foreign merchant or organisation (extract from the register, certification of another institution that carries out the registration of the merchant or organisation);
• a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an Internet bank payment, or information regarding payment of the State fee.
