Preliminary check of documents is an initial verification of the draft application and the supporting documents before the submission for registration. During the preliminary check the state notary checks the documents and the data in accordance with the legislation regulating the activity of the relevant entity, and notifies the client of the identified faults.

- A receipt or its copy, or a printout of payment order from online bank or the information on the payment for the service
Service is unavailable for making an entry in the Insolvency Register and the Commercial Pledge Register.
