The pre-verification of documents shall be the initial screening of the application and the attached draft documents prior to submission for registration. During the pre-verification of documents, the State notary shall perform the examination of documents and data specified in the regulatory enactment regulating the activity of the relevant subject, and inform the client regarding the deficiencies detected.

Documents to be submitted:

• the application;
• the draft application and the documents to accompany it;
• a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an Internet bank payment, or information regarding payment of the service.

The service is not available for making an entry in the insolvency Register and commercial pledge Register.
