The registered office of a foreign agency shall be the address entered in the register of representation. The registered office shall be the official place of communication which ensures the movement of correspondence between the undertaking and other authorities.

Conditions for registration of a registered office:

• The registered office must comply with the information of the State Address Register. Check the free address in the national address register information system kadastrs.lv
• If the immovable property consists of several groups of premises, it is necessary to indicate the exact number of the group of rooms in which the registered office is registered.
