Only the Management Board shall have the right to modify the statutes of the foundation. The articles of association may prescribe that the performance of amendments to the articles of association requires the consent of another institution. Amendments to the Statute shall enter into force at the time of their adoption, but in the case of third parties, only after the amendments to the articles of association and foundations have been registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations.

• Application form B3
• New Statutes
• Minutes of the Board meeting
• Document attesting the agreement of another administrative authority to make amendments to the articles of association (if such consent of the institution is provided for by the statutes)
• A receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an online bank payment, or information on the payment of the State fee
