Amendments to the articles of association of a foundation
1. Summary
Only the Management Board shall have the right to modify the statutes of the foundation. The articles of association may prescribe that the performance of amendments to the articles of association requires the consent of another institution. Amendments to the Statute shall enter into force at the time of their adoption, but in the case of third parties, only after the amendments to the articles of association and foundations have been registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations.

Documents to be submitted:
- application form B3;
- a new version of the articles of association;
- minutes of the meeting of the Board;
- a document attesting the agreement of another administrative authority to make amendments to the articles of association (if such consent is provided for by the articles of association);
- if the application is submitted via postal services, information regarding payment of the State fee shall be appended (receipt or a copy thereof, or printout of an Internet bank payment or free text information).
