The articles of association shall determine the most important principles of the activities of the foundation. Members of the Management Board may decide to amend certain paragraphs of the Statutes or to approve a new version of the Statutes. The new version of the articles of association shall be signed by the members of the board of directors in accordance with the type of representation rights specified in the articles of association.

The document shall state:

• Name of foundation
• Objectives of the Foundation
• Procedures by which property shall be transferred to the Foundation
• Procedures for the utilisation of Foundation funds
• Duration of the Foundation, if established for a specified period of time
• Procedures for distribution of the property of the Foundation in Case of liquidation of the Foundation
• Procedures for the appointment and removal of a Member of the Management Board, their numerical composition, right of representation and term of validity
• Procedures for the Appointment and removal of Members of other Administrative institutions (if such are provided for) and the term of validity thereof
• Structure, procedures for election, competence, procedures for taking decisions and term of office or procedures for appointing a sworn auditor and term of office of an audit institution for economic and financial activities
• Cases and procedures for making amendments to the Statutes
• The statutes may lay down other provisions which are not contrary to the law
• Place and date of approval of the Statutes
