The articles of association shall specify the main principles for the operation of the foundation. The members of the Management Board may decide to amend certain points of the articles of association or to approve a new version of the articles of association. The new version of the Statute shall be signed by the members of the Management Board in accordance with the type of representation rights laid down in the Statute.

The document shall specify:

• Name of the foundation
• Foundation Objectives
• Procedures by which the property is to be transferred to the foundation
• Procedures for the Use of Funds of the Foundation
• Term of validity of the foundation, if established for a specified period of time
• Arrangements for the distribution of the property of a foundation in case of liquidation of the foundation
• Procedures for the appointment and removal of a member of the Management Board, their numerical strength, rights of representation and duration
• Procedures for the appointment and revocation of members of other administrative bodies (if such are provided for) and their term of office
• Structure, procedures for election, competence, procedures for taking decisions and the term of office or the procedures for the appointment of a sworn auditor and the term of office of the audit body for economic and financial activity
• Cases and procedures for amending the Statute
• The articles of association may lay down other provisions which do not conflict with the law
• Place and date of approval of the Statute
