3. Minutes of the meeting of the Board
Minutes of the meeting of the Management Board containing a decision amending the Statutes and approving the new version of the Statutes. The minutes shall be signed by all members of the board of directors present at the meeting of the board of directors.
The document must specify:
- date;
- the name of the foundation;
- registration number;
- Protocol number;
- the location and time of the meeting;
- the given name, surname of those present at the meeting;
- the head of the meeting and the minutes officer;
- the items on the agenda of the meeting;
- the progress and content of the discussion of agenda items;
- decisions taken at the meeting;
- the results of the vote, indicating the number of votes in favour or against for each decision.
