Payment of the State fee shall be made in the Service Portal registrs.ur.gov.lv after the preparation of the application in accordance with the payment calculated by the Service! * except in cases where it cannot be submitted to the Portal.

* In cases there is no e-service created for the application in the Service Portal, the State fee shall be paid before the application for registration is submitted. Registration is made only after the Enterprise Register can verify that the State fee has been credited to the Treasury account.

The State fee may be performed by transfer to any bank 2 days before submission of documents electronically or by post.

In order to recover the wrongly paid (incorrect account, etc.) or overpaid amount for the registration or fee service, an application must be submitted to the Enterprise Register.
