2. Minutes of the meeting of the Board
Minutes of the meeting of the Management Board, which includes the decision on the amendment of the Statute and the approval of the new version of the Statute. The minutes shall be signed by all members of the Management Board at the meeting.
The document must contain:
- Date
- Name of the foundation
- Registration number
- Protocol number
- Meeting Location and Time
- Name of the members present at the meeting
- Meeting leader and protocolist
- Items on the meeting agenda
- Progress and content of the discussion on agenda items
- Decisions taken at the meeting
- Results of the vote, indicating the number of votes 'in favour' or 'against' for each decision
