If the term of office of the Management Board specified in the articles of association is approaching the end, the member of the Management Board has left office himself or herself, or the founders, or another administrative body (if the articles of association so provide) has expressed distrust of the Board or any of the members of the Management Board, the meeting of the Founders or other administrative body specified in the articles shall be convened in accordance with the procedures and a decision regarding rules regarding rules shall be taken as regarding the decision regardre-election or re-election of certain members of the Management Board. If the board member has left his or her position and the foundation board does not apply for changes in the composition of the board, the board member is entitled to apply for changes in the Enterprise Register itself.
When applying for changes in the composition of the Board of Governors of the Foundation, the application must also include information on the true beneficiaries of the Foundation (PLG). If the information concerning the registered PLG has not changed or CANNOT be ascertained, it must be certified in the application.
Where a member of the Management Board resigns himself, the application for information on the true beneficiary shall not be indicated.

If the personal data changes, the member of the foundation board must notify the Enterprise Register of these changes by sending the information to the official Enterprise Register e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the entry in the Register of Associations and Foundations is related only to the updating of the information regarding the members of the Board, the State fee shall not be payable.
