The legal address of the foundation shall be the address which has been entered in the Register of Associations and Foundations. If information, documents or other correspondence are sent to the foundation to the registered office of associations and foundations, the foundation shall be deemed to have received these documents, information or other correspondence on the seventh day. This means that the foundation must be reachable at the legal address.

Conditions for registration of the registered office:

• the registered office must comply with the information of the State Address Register. Checking the free address in the national address register information system www.kadastrs.lv;
• if the immovable property consists of several groups of premises, it is necessary to indicate the exact number of the group of rooms in which the registered office is registered.
