4. Submitting the documents
The application and the documents to be attached thereto may be submitted by members of the Management Board, the liquidator or any other person to whom the members of the Management Board or the liquidator have entrusted it.

On E-Service
- Documents must be submitted to service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv
- Documents must be signed with an e-signature on a smart card (eID or eSignatures card) or with an eSignatures on Mobile portal www.eparaksts.lv
- Payment shall be made in the service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv after the application has been made in accordance with the service calculated fee.
- Receives a reply in an e-service or e-address
- Detailed list of e-service applications and exceptions
- 10% discount on state tax

By post
- Signed documents can be sent to the Enterprise Register
- The consignment must be accompanied by a payment order for payment of the State fee
