Registration of a legal person requires the submission of documents in the Enterprise Register. Registration can be made electronically in the service portal registrs.ur.gov.lv. It is possible to enter the Service Portal using one of the two State sharing solutions of Latvia – the e-signature module maintained by the State Radio and Television Centre of Latvia (hereinafter - LVRTC) and the latvija.gov.lv authentication module maintained by the State Regional Development Agency (VRAA), which includes several tools, including both qualified e-signature of Latvia and qualified e-signatures of several European Union States. . If the registry client is from an EU Member State that has been included in the authentication module by THE VRAA, the client may use the qualified e-signature issued by that country, but if the client is a resident of an EU Member State that has not yet acceded to the eIDAS Regulation (qualified e-signature) or whose qualified tools have not yet been included in the VRAA sharing solution, or if the client is a non-resident of the EU, the alien shall authenticate to Neva on the portal R..
