Up-to-date and historical information regarding officials, participants, beneficial owners, participation in other undertakings, means of security, commercial pledges, insolvency, etc. of each legal entity registered in the Enterprise Register registers is available in the Enterprise Register information database. Information about a natural person may be obtained regarding registered matrimonial property regimes, participation in companies, etc.
Starting from 1 August 2021, all entries in the commercial Register, as well as documents appended to the registration file, which are located in the commercial Register and in accordance with Section 4.15, Paragraph one of the Law on the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia are located in the public part of the registration file, shall be announced free of charge in the information database, ensuring the first public accessibility thereof online. Records and documents shall be deemed to have been advertised on or after the following day 00.00 after the entry has been made or the document has been attached to the registration file.
Upon announcing the entries in the commercial Register and the documents appended to the registration file, the date of making of the entry and appending the document to the file shall also be indicated in the information database, which until 30 June 2023 will be available in the information database in the document section and shall be visible in the decision of the State notary regarding making of the entry or appending the documents to the registration file, but from 1 July 2023 in the form of data in the information database.
All entries in the commercial Register made until 31 July 2021, as well as information regarding individual documents, have been announced in the official publication “Latvijas Vestnesis”, while publishing them electronically on the website of the official publication www.vestnesis.lv.
On the other hand, other notices (e.g. notice of reduction of fixed capital, notice to creditors of the reorganisation decision, etc.) will be published in the information database from 1 July 2023.

If the documents of the public part require proof of accuracy, the copies of documents service shall be used.
If non - public part documents that are not available in the free access are required, copies of paid service documents shall be used.
A legal person who needs access to an information website shall prepare an application (LV), which shall be signed with a secure electronic signature, and send it to an e-address or e-mail pasts@ur.gov.lv.
