- Terms used:
- Authentication - user remote recognition (identification) process;
- Identified user: user authenticated with one of the services provided by electronic identification service providers (authentication means) available at the website;
- User - a natural, legal person, public persons (State and local government authorities) who use the Network Site;
- Unidentified user: a person who has not authenticated the Enterprise Register website that uses the Services available without authentication;
- Service (s) - in accordance with the Law On the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 23 of 7 January 2020, Regulations Regarding the Issuing of Information of the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia and Price List of Fee Services, the services provided on the website of the Enterprise Register;
- Website - the website of the Enterprise Register information in the https://info.ur.gov.lv, where the Services are provided;
- Website user account (profile) - a personified workplace created for an authenticated Website user that contains personified information for work in the Website;
- Company Register - Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia, manager of the Network site.
- The website is available to all Internet users throughout the day. Temporary breaks of activity may be allowed in the operation of the website, which may be related to the maintenance, servicing and improvement of the Enterprise Register information system and the website.
- Prior to the commencement of the use of a website, its users have an obligation to familiarise themselves with these Regulations and to accept them electronically. The terms of use of the website shall be binding on all users using the Website.
- The Enterprise Register shall inform the Users of the malfunctioning or planned breaks of the website, if any, by publishing a notice on the home page of the website and on the official website of the Enterprise Register at www.ur.gov.lv.
- Services may be received and used in the website by unidentified users and identified users, depending on the functionality of the availability of these Services in accordance with the requirements of the Law On the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 23 of 7 January 2020, Regulations Regarding the Issue of the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia and Price List of Payment Services. Part of the content of the website is available to any unidentified User, but part, by authenticating the website.
- During the performance of services, information regarding registered rightholders and legal facts shall be provided from the register of the Commercial Register, the register of companies and foundations, the register of public organisations, the register of mass media, the list of public persons and institutions, the register of religious organisations and their institutions, the register of political parties, the register of political organisations and their associations, the register, arbitration register, trade union register, European register of economic interest groups, trade pledge register, insolvency register, as well as information regarding natural persons entered in cases of rightholders and legal facts.
- In the authentication process, only the following personal data are transferred from the user-selected authentication service provider to the Enterprise Register: first name, surname and personal code. The controller for the processing of personal data of the user thus obtained shall be the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia, a TAIL NB. N ° 9000270634, address: Perse Street 2, Riga, Tel. 67031703, email: pasts@ur.gov.lv. The legal basis for the processing of personal data of the user is processing in order to fulfil the legal obligation applicable to the controller and in exercising the official powers legally granted to the controller in accordance with the provisions of the Law On the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia and of Ministers No 23 of 7 January 2020, Regulations Regarding the Issue of the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia, and Price List of Fee Services, purpose of processing - Identifying the identity of the user for providing the Services to the user. Further information on data processing and rights can be obtained on the https://www.ur.gov.lv/lv/ website of the Enterprise Register.
- The website is supported by the following Internet browsers: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The use of other browsers is not restricted but may not provide full Website functionality. We recommend that you use the latest browser versions to make full use of the features provided by the Website.
- The user account (profile) of the website shall be established for legal persons, public persons and their authorities, providing legal persons as the recipient of the Service, as well as for individual individuals associated with their status (e.g. journalists, etc.). One person can create and use only one Website user account (profile).
- The user account (profile) of the website shall be created, changed or cancelled by the Enterprise Register when the relevant User's application has been received.
- Creating and using a web site user account (profile) is free.
- Each new user of a legal person, a public person and the user of such institution shall be attached to the user account (profile) of the website by the same legal person, public person or its institution (the original user registered by the Enterprise Register in the Website user account (profile)). It is prohibited to add other users to a user account for a natural person.
- The website shall include Services available free of charge, as well as Services.
- Charges for Services shall be calculated in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
- The service is paid online at the Website and is only available through the payment system provided by the Website. When you make a payment on an online bank outside the Network site, the applicable Service will not be available at the Website.
- The user shall comply with and comply with the following general safety and technical requirements:
- do not take action to facilitate the unlawful disclosure of information and data received as a result of the use of the Services;
- do not transfer or disclose their User Properties and Authentication Identifiers to other persons and do not take any action that may facilitate their placing at the disposal of others;
- keep your User Properties safe and out of the reach of others;
- sign out of the Website to prevent others from accessing the Website through an active session;
- do not carry out activities aimed at extending user rights;
- do not take action against the safety, stability and performance of the website;
- do not take any action against non-compliance, circumvention or damage to the security systems of information systems involved in the provision of services;
- does not carry out illegal copying of the Services or parts thereof (all activities that do not use the authorized (on-screen) commands for illegal operations with the Services are considered to be illegal, or are executed automatically without a person's direct involvement in the process of requesting the Services (using any type of programs), regardless of their purpose;
- do not use equipment or software to perform activities that could weaken the Service Infrastructure Security System, perform security vulnerability analysis, decoding coded files etc.
- The user shall be responsible for all activities and their consequences that he or the third party using the User Data carries out using the Service. The Enterprise Register shall not be liable for damages incurred by the User if the third party connects to and/or uses the Website using the personal authentication tools available to the User.
- The user shall ensure that information about the unauthorized acquisition, loss or transfer of the User Property (his or her or other related Users), as well as information about the intentional or unintended damage to the Services Authentication Mechanism, has been entered at the disposal of the User, resulting in or may result in access to the Services functionality and the Site the data available to identified persons would be immediately reported to the Enterprise Register to the e-mail address: dati@ur.gov.lv, or 67031737.
- Suspected or facts related to non-compliance with this Regulation, unauthorised use of the Service Infrastructure, as well as, if a theft of the User Authentication Properties has been detected, or a breach of the Terms of Use of Services has occurred using the User Account, shall immediately report to the e-mail address: pasts@ur.gov.lv.
- Further use of services or their content for re-use is prohibited without informing the Enterprise Register. For this purpose, the User has an obligation to submit a written request for information pursuant to the Information Disclosure Act.
- The user shall process personal data collected within the scope of the Service only in conformity with the requirements of the regulatory enactments governing the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Data Processing Act and others). Upon receipt of the Services, including the information available therein and the data of natural persons, the User shall be responsible as the controller for the compliance of the processing of personal data with the regulatory enactments regulating the protection of personal data.

In addition to the secure data exchange that is guaranteed by using the SSL-protocol, we recommend that users keep track of their computer's condition at regular intervals:

All developments, designs, texts and software codes found in the website shall be the property of the Enterprise Register and a copyright object, which shall be protected in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
- The Enterprise Register shall have the right to change the procedures for the provision of services, the functional and visual solution of the Website without prior notice to the Users.
