Any person may receive up-to-date or historical (or previously registered) information from registers carried by the Enterprise Register regarding the rights subject (merchant, company, association, political party, etc.), natural person or legal fact (contract), as well as a statement that information has not been entered, amended, registered or the relevant documents have not been submitted to the Enterprise Register. Information regarding a natural person (data subject) for which entries in the Enterprise Register have not been made has been determined as restricted access information, so if the requester of such information is a third person, the request must necessarily state the reasons and the purpose for which the information is used, or the request must be accompanied by a power of attorney of the data subject.

Documents to be submitted:
- a form or application for information in free format;
- receipt or a copy thereof or a printout of an Internet bank payment or information regarding payment of the information provision service
The information request form or application in free format shall be signed by the requester of information - a natural person or a representative of the rightholder. In case of a request for generally available information, a power of attorney is not required. In the case of requesting restricted access information, the request for information shall additionally specify the justification and the purpose for the use of the information, or the authorisation of the data subject shall be appended.
Other information:
- the request for information shall contain a mandatory description of the information to be requested.

Any person may submit a request for information (in case of requesting restricted access information, the justification and purpose of use of the information shall be additionally indicated, or the authorisation of the data subject shall be appended).
Electronically signed in e-mail or e-mail
- the request for information must be signed with a secure electronic signature and a time stamp attached (optional in the eSignatures Mobile portal on the eparaksts.lv, the e-signature on the smart card, or the eID of the e-signatures);
- information on the payment of the service must be added;
- documents signed electronically in other countries are also accepted.
