Applications and documents can be submitted online via the service portal. Documents must be signed electronically and submitted in the required format.
- To sign documents and submit applications online, all signatories must have a qualified electronic signature (e.g. eParaksts or eID).
- Electronically signed documents can be verified free of charge via the eParaksts portal.
To ensure that the document is valid, check that it contains: a qualified electronic signature (QES)
and a qualified timestamp. Verify documents signed in the European Union - Official electronic communication (e‑Address) is Latvia’s official electronic communication channel with public authorities. It ensures secure delivery of decisions, requests, and notifications from the Register of Enterprises.
