  • Journal of the Enterprise Register – articles of association, reorganisation agreement and annual report, documents amending the abovementioned documents and court adjudication regarding termination of activities of the company.
  • Registry of Arbitration tribunals – Rules of Procedure of the Arbitration Tribunal and documents amending the Rules of Procedure of the Arbitration Tribunal.
  • Register of political parties – articles of association, reorganisation agreement, programme, annual report, documents amending the abovementioned documents and court adjudication regarding termination of operation of the political party.
  • Register of associations and foundations – articles of association, reorganisation agreement and annual report, documents amending the abovementioned documents and court adjudication regarding termination of activities of the association or foundation.
  • Register of religious organisations and institutions thereof – articles of association (constitution, by-laws), documents amending the articles of association and court adjudication regarding termination of activities of a religious organisation or institution thereof.
  • Register of public-private Partnership contracts - public-private Partnership Agreement and documents amending that Agreement.
  • Insolvency Register - agenda of the creditors meeting and notification of the administrator regarding the creditors meeting.
  • Register of missions - articles of association (by-laws) of a foreign merchant or organisation, documents amending the articles of association and a court adjudication regarding termination of the activity of the representation.
  • Media Register - court ruling on termination of operation of mass Media.

Public Part documents are released for re-use.

It is possible to receive non-public part documents and documents from the UR record keeping file.

Non-public parts for documents (for example, minutes, powers, decisions of the State notary, court decisions, etc.) in accordance with the regulation of the Law on the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia the status of restricted access information has been determined and they are not available in the Enterprise Register information database. These documents shall not be released for re-use.


Conditions for receipt of documents:

  • a written request shall be submitted for receipt of documents, indicating the justification and purpose of use;

Documents that are not attached to the registration file are available in the records of the Enterprise Register (for example, filing of deferrals, submissions, complaints, etc.).

Other information:

  • the request for information must contain the name, date, number of the requested document;
  • when requesting non - public part documents or documents from record keeping, the requester of information shall indicate the justification and purpose of use in the form or submission. . In case of failure to state reasons and purpose, the Enterprise Register shall refuse to issue restricted access information, but if the stated justification and purpose of use are incomplete or general, the information may be issued partly – the information is redacted in the document (for example, personal identity numbers, address of residence, etc.).
