Customers can access various types of information from registers managed by the Enterprise Register. Information is available both online and on demand, as well as in automated form through data exchange solutions.
The Enterprise Register information database provides access to current and historical information on registered legal entities and natural persons, including officials, beneficial owners and other registered legal facts. Public data is available free of charge and without authentication, while historical and non‑public information is available to authenticated users or upon request. Statements and other documents may be issued free of charge or for a fee in accordance with the price list.
Information from the Enterprise Register may be obtained through automated data exchange between information systems in Latvia and across Europe, in accordance with applicable interoperability frameworks and agreements.
